We were wanting to get a backup generator for our farmhouse, which is 400 metres from the road, and 6km from the nearest town. My research led me to Generac, and Generac led me to Brian. This was going to an expensive investment, and I wanted to know not just that the product was the best I could find, but the service and support I needed would be there. Meeting Brian, negotiating the details and then watching how he proceeded with the installation has reinforced my confidence in our decision to install a 22kW backup generator. Brain's follow up has been great, as he coached me in how to use the remote app that allows me to keep track of the generator when we are away from the farm. Having Generac provide a rebate and extend the warranty to 10 years were extras, but the main thing was the confidence that this was being handled by an expert electrician who was committed to doing a quality job.

Upon asking for a quote Brian came over to our house within twenty four hours. He provided us with a recommendation for a Generac that would support our needs. He was prompt arriving when giving a quote, kept me informed throughout the process between quote and installation and was very efficient when the time came for the installation. He used Oak Shores Heating to install the gas line to the generator. Both men were polite, humorous, and efficient with their time.
